Salt Composition: Gabapentin (300mg) + Methylcobalamin (500mcg)

Introduction:
Cobalift-G Tablet is used to treat neuropathic pain (nerve pain). Gabapentin reduces abnormal nerve activity, while Methylcobalamin helps repair and protect nerves.

Uses:

Treatment of neuropathic pain (due to diabetes, shingles, spinal injury, etc.)

Benefits:

• Relieves nerve pain and associated symptoms (sleep problems, mood changes, tiredness)
• Improves overall quality of life with regular use

Common Side Effects:

• Dizziness, sleepiness, tiredness, blurred vision, nausea, swelling

Safety Advice:

• Alcohol: Unsafe (causes excessive drowsiness)
• Pregnancy/Breastfeeding: Consult your doctor
• Driving: Unsafe (may cause dizziness/sleepiness)
• Kidney/Liver: Use with caution; dose adjustment may be needed

How to Take:
Take by mouth, with or without food, preferably at the same time daily. Do not stop suddenly without doctor’s advice.

Missed Dose:
Take as soon as you remember. If close to next dose, skip it. Do not double dose.
