Bilcool M 20mg/10mg Tablet

Composition: Bilastine 20mg 
Use: Treatment of allergic rhinitis and allergic conditions (e.g., sneezing, runny/blocked nose, itchy eyes).

How it Works:
Bilastine: Blocks histamine to reduce allergy symptoms.

Montelukast: Blocks leukotrienes to reduce airway inflammation.

Dosage:
Take once daily on an empty stomach (1 hour before or 2 hours after meals) or as prescribed by your doctor.

Common Side Effects:
Headache, cough, drowsiness, fatigue, diarrhea, sore throat, runny nose, ear infection.

Precautions: Avoid driving or heavy machinery (may cause drowsiness/dizziness).
