Composition:  FLUTICASONE PROPIONATE 0.05%w/v IP + BENZALKONIUM CHLORIDE 0.01%w/v IP + PHENYL ETHYL ALCOHOL 0.25%w/v IP.

A topical corticosteroid preparation for the treatment of allergic rhinitis. A promising intranasal corticosteroid for the treatment of moderate-to-severe seasonal allergic rhinitis. Inhibits the accumulation of mast cells and eosinophils and improves the nasal symptoms of patients with allergic rhinitis.

Shows greater improvement in nasal symptoms, including nasal obstruction, rhinorrhea, sneezing, and itching. Provides an effective and convenient treatment option in seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis patients. Shows potent anti-inflammatory activities that act on inflammatory mediators responsible for inflammatory symptoms of allergic rhinitis.

A good choice amongst available intranasal steroids due to good safety and tolerability profile, 24-hour symptom relief, and comprehensive coverage of both nasal and ocular symptoms.

Provides greater relief from nasal symptoms (including nasal blockage) than antihistamine agents.
